This retreat is designed as a brave and grounded environment. Participation is always invitational — not forced. You will be supported in a way that honors your pace, privacy, and nervous system.

The retreat environment is shaped with care: for leaders who are used to carrying a lot, and who deserve a space that is both structured and gentle.

  • Arrival: Thursday afternoon

  • Two full days: Friday + Saturday

  • Departure: Sunday

  • Designed for: rest, clarity, reflection, and leadership renewal
